Beauiful morning plein air Carmel meadows looking toward monastery beach . Working quite large 32 x 48 not quite done yet acrylics dries a bit dark so I will go back tomorrow on the painting adding the finishing touches.

30x72 Working another layer of paint on my large panoramic canvas of the Carmel River view looking towards the valley. I love this landscape view, I see a bit of the Mission Ranch to the left and a peekaboo of the Carmel Mission and the Fish Ranch Hills plus the valley. I am not finish with it, I like to do layers.

Lay in a painting today of the la Playa bar in Carmel. We went to the La playa bar last night , Rick play piano for an hour in the bar. This Bar is so beauiful I knew that I have to try to capture it. Not done yet with this painting, but plan to leave it loose.

Painted plein air in Pacific Grove, I was hoping to do a small painting but then I saw the scene and I end up doing a very large panoramic. A beautiful sunny day but a bit windy.
It was great to get out a paint plein air this morning over looking carmel river beach.
